FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Where are you based?
    All items are made and shipped from my home studio in sunny Tampa, Florida!
  • Can I modify or cancel an order?
    Once your order has been placed, there's no way to modify the order; but you can send an email to hello@juneandclover.com or a DM on instagram and i'm able to help if you'd like to cancel your order.
  • Do you take commissions for custom pieces?
    Unfortunately, I do not have the ability to take custom orders at this time. If I'm able to take those back on in the future, you'll hear about it!
  • Can I return or exchange items?
    Given that these pieces are one of a kind and handmade, I'm unable to do returns or exchanges.
  • After I place an order, what happens?
    Your order goes into my queue for packing! I'll give it a quick inspection to make sure there's no little threads or things that need to be fixed up. Once I've made sure it's good to go, I'll get it wrapped up to ship, and send it off to you!
  • What if I'm local and don't want to pay for shipping?
    I unfortunately don't have the ability to manage local delivery anymore, so I offer the lowest price shipping that is available to me. I appreciate your understanding!
